Responsibilities: • Plan for company trips and outings and provide itineraries to ensure off-site activities are a success • Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail • Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions • Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information • Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures Qualifications: • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred • Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills Compensation: 13.50 - 15 hourly
