    Job Summary

    We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!

    As the receptionist for our busy law firm, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and vendors. You will greet them as they arrive, in addition, but not limited to, answer phone calls, order office supplies, and attend to incoming/outgoing mail. The ideal candidate must have a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

    Responsibilities

    Greet clients and vendors as they arrive

    Answer phone calls

    Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment

    Maintain inventory of office supplies

    Attend to incoming/outgoing mail

    Qualifications

    Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred

    Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred

    Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service

    Strong work ethic and positive attitude

    Familiar with computers

    Excellent multi-tasking skills
