    We are looking for a dependable and friendly Receptionist to join our team. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Your responsibilities will include handling a variety of administrative tasks while providing exceptional service and maintaining a professional atmosphere in our office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Interaction: Greet visitors, clients, and employees warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
    • Phone and Email Management: Answer and direct calls, screen inquiries, and respond to emails with professionalism and accuracy.
    • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Assist with organizing office events and coordinating scheduling needs for departments.
    • Administrative Support: Handle general office duties, including filing, scanning, data entry, and correspondence. Maintain the reception area and manage office supply inventories.
    • Office Operations: Ensure smooth daily office operations, assist with deliveries, and manage logistics.
    • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any minor issues that arise at the front desk, maintaining a helpful and friendly approach.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist or customer-facing administrative role.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong communication abilities in person, on the phone, and via email.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
    • Professional demeanor and proactive attitude, with the ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure.
    • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.

    Compensation:

    • $50,000 annual salary
