    About the Role:

    We are looking for an outgoing and organized Receptionist/Customer Service representative to join our CRDN team. This role requires exceptional customer service skills as the first point of contact for our customers in the office and over the phone. The candidate must be highly organized, able to multi-task, and have great written and verbal communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

    Maintain the front desk area

    Answer phone calls and transfer to the appropriate person or department if you are not able to solve their need

    Solve customer service issues utilizing provided programs and applications

    Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate information

    Flexibility to be able to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change

    Assist with general office tasks such as preparing job folders, printing delivery reports and scheduling deliveries

    Manage incoming job alerts for the Houston territory

    Requirements:

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Administrative skills to be able to use basic computer programs including Microsoft Office and restoration programs such as Xact Analysis, Xactimate, T&M is a plus

    Time management skills to be able to prioritize activities, especially when there is a high volume of tasks

    1-3 years previous experience in customer service and receptionist role preferred

    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

    Professional and courteous demeanor

    Bilingual a plus
