    SERVPRO of Minnetonka is one of the fastest growing disaster recovery companies in the state. When someone’s home or business is damaged by fire or water, we help them put everything back together. But before we can do that, we need someone to be our first line of assistance- literally answering the call for our customers in those frantic minutes after a fire or water damage.

    · Someone who can provide our customers with calm, clear and concise information and who can reassure them that we can help.

    · Someone who can get relevant and accurate information so that our crews can respond appropriately.

    · Someone who is empathetic, detailed oriented and who can provide great customer service.

    What your day looks like

    In this role you will be working with our office, operations and sales and marketing teams, handling all incoming phone calls, getting relevant information and then scheduling jobs

    Throughout the day you will review and maintain crew schedules, follow up with customers and handle scheduling/customer service issues as they come up.

    You will need to perform detailed and accurate data entry into our job scheduling software

    You will receive and handle incoming calls about past services, follow-ups on current projects, general inquiries about business, and other routine communications.

    Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed throughout the day

    Benefits/Compensation

    $19-$22 per hour based on experience and qualifications for the position.
