WHAT WE DO
We are a class-action and complex litigation law firm. We are at the forefront of cutting-edge wage-and-hour law, defining the contours of the law in complex litigation. We are not only recognized as experts in our field, but our high-profile cases have continued to set the standard for the benefit of our clients.
We take on the world’s largest companies and zealously advocate for our clients. Our award-winning team has been recognized for their groundbreaking work on legal issues that other firms either overlook or choose not to pursue. Our continued success is driven by our hardworking and dedicated group of attorneys and staff, who work tirelessly on every case.
Our practice consists of mainly employment class actions: involving wage-and-hour violations, meal period and rest break violations, failure to pay wages (including minimum wage, overtime, off-the-clock work, split shifts, regular rate), failure to reimburse for expenses, untimely payment of final wages and paystub violations. Our practice also includes claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other complex consumer class actions. We regularly litigate claims for wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment, and sexual harassment.
