Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative/Administrative Assistant to join the team at our thriving clinic. You will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. A cheerful disposition, excellent communication and computer skills, and being capable of multitasking are essential. We will train you to be an expert in running an office and as such, this opportunity is an excellent steppingstone to a career in Physical Therapy, Nursing, PA, or Healthcare Administration. As a professional you will know how an office should work!
Responsibilities
Greet customers as they arrive with a smile and provide an excellent customer experience
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Assist patients/clients with paperwork, including intake and consent forms, scheduling, insurance verification, answering questions, explaining what they will be doing, following up on details, helping them arrive and see their program through to full rehabilitation completion. This is very important as you take care of the patient/client throughout.
Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients/clients throughout their services
Administrative assistance to CEO and office tasks/projects to assist system development for improved efficiency and production as needed
Qualifications
Must be a noticeably upbeat and happy person
Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role (preferred)
Associates Degrees or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Excellent communication skills with a dedicated commitment to customer service
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Familiar with computers and scheduling software
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Must be available to work for a minimum commitment of 1-2 years
