Job Summary:
We are looking for a full-time Receptionist who is enthusiastic, personable and committed to delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Prior receptionist experience is advantageous but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer phone calls, screen and forward incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Welcome visitors promptly and courteously as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Manage daily mail: receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries efficiently.
- Oversee the General Email Box and distribute all incoming emails as received.
- Monitor the General Fax Email and distribute all incoming faxes as received.
- Maintain up-to-date information for the After-hours Answering Service.
- Assist with GL coding and scanning of documents.
- Maintain and update property lists.
- Provide clerical and administrative support, including filing, labeling, archiving, and other general office duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant computer applications.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
