This is an hourly, non-exempt position requiring your physical presence in the office during regular business hours. The Front Office Admin plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by handling routine tasks, supporting team members, and ensuring an inviting environment for agents, clients, and visitors. Responsibilities: • Reception Duties : Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person. • Office Organization : Keep common areas clean, stocked, and organized, including restocking coffee, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring an overall tidy environment. • Administrative Support : Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, printing, and scheduling. • Team Assistance : Help agents with basic administrative needs, including preparing materials for meetings and managing incoming/outgoing mail or packages. • Vendor Coordination : Schedule and oversee office services (e.g., cleaning, maintenance). • Day-to-Day Operations : Monitor the office calendar and coordinate any room reservations, agent meetings, or on-site events. Qualifications: • Dependable Attendance : A consistent and reliable presence during office hours is a must. • Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple small tasks throughout the day. • Interpersonal Skills : Positive attitude with excellent communication skills to engage with agents, clients, and visitors professionally. • Tech Savvy : Comfortable with basic office tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic troubleshooting (e.g., printers or Wi-Fi). • Team Player : Willingness to take direction and assist others without needing to take on decision-making responsibilities. • Prior office or administrative experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
