To Apply: • Complete the DISC assessment • Complete the 3 Screening questions (including the MS Word skills Test) • We will reach out to coordinate an interview. Responsibilities: • Client Intake Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, gathering essential information about their legal needs with empathy and professionalism. • Case Screening: Conduct preliminary assessments to determine case viability and ensure alignment with the firm’s practice areas. • Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately record client details and manage case files using legal case management software. • Appointment Coordination: Schedule consultations between clients and attorneys, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. • Client Relationship Building: Provide compassionate support to clients by addressing questions, explaining procedures, and maintaining regular communication throughout the intake process. • Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks such as managing spreadsheets, handling email correspondence, and organizing documents to support the legal team. • Technology Utilization: Leverage legal technology tools (e.g., CRM systems) to improve workflows and enhance efficiency. • Proactive Problem-Solving: Understand the goals behind assigned tasks or projects, ask insightful questions when needed, and take ownership of delivering results. Qualifications: Required Skills: • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically. • Excellent organizational abilities to manage the scheduling and planning of different tasks and projects effectively and efficiently. • A passion for attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and documentation. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM or legal case management software. Bonus points if you have experience with Lawmatics. • High-level listening skills are required to understand client needs effectively. • A self-starter mindset—capable of identifying opportunities for improvement without waiting for direction. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a legal environment (e.g., legal assistant or paralegal roles). • Knowledge of legal terminology and processes is highly desirable. • Previous experience in client-facing sales or marketing roles.
