    Hiring a Champion Receptionist/Legal Assistant Do you want to help small business owners solve their IRS tax problems, gain peace of mind, and get back to business? Do you want to help individuals who are facing overwhelming tax debt get their lives back from the IRS? We need an experienced receptionist/legal assistant to join our team and be a total champion – working directly with the owner to support the team and help clients. Responsibilities: • The Receptionist - Legal Assistant provides a positive and professional first impression of the firm and builds relationships with our former, current, and potential new clients on the telephone, via email and text, and in person when they visit our office. • This person answers the phone, screens calls, schedules client meetings, orders supplies, pay bills, collects and scans the mail, and scans client documents. This is a full-time position where you are expected to answer the phones and manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work in the office. Qualifications: We love to help people learn and grow. We are looking for a Receptionist/Legal Assistant with experience working in a law firm. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal handholding.
