  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for an outgoing and engaging receptionist who can help our busy law office assist our clients. You’ll be responsible for answering phone calls and emails, greeting clients and seeing to their comfort, copying documents, scheduling appointments, and ensuring our legal team is aware of upcoming deadlines. You’ll also assist with minor preparation of dates and witnesses on legal documents and contracts, and perform any other tasks as needed to ensure our firm is operating efficiently. Responsibilities: • Answer phones and emails in a professional, warm, and friendly manner and ensure the messages are given to the appropriate department for any action items • Communicate with clients including greeting clients for their appointments, seeing that they are comfortable and providing their requested beverage orders before their appointment • Create and fill out client forms • Work with the team to meet deadlines • Work with attorneys and paralegals to generate various legal documents • Help with administrative tasks and office correspondence • Undertake other duties as assigned to ensure the firm and team operate efficiently Qualifications: • Must have knowledge of proper phone etiquette • Office experience preferred but not required • Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office products • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills • Must be able to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly to start
