    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our front office team. As the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor.
    • Check-in patients, verify insurance information, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
    • Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinical staff to maintain an efficient workflow.
    • Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area.
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
    • Collect and process payments, co-pays, and verify billing information.
    • Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines while handling patient information.
    • Provide general support to office staff and assist with additional duties as needed.

    Required Experience

    • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
