This is an entry-level corporate position. The candidate selected for this position will be working in close proximity with the CEO and COO of the franchise. The candidate will also collaborate with our in-house media and marketing team to create flyers, advertisements, and monitor the multiple social media accounts. This position is majority part time (30 hours, Monday-Thursday). A common request will be to stay past 4pm to assist and complete special projects (up to 30 hours Monday-Thursday).
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
Answer phones, check messages, and return calls as needed
Check email accounts daily
Check Mail and scan and address any mail concerns
Collaborate with the in-house corporate team to create flyers, advertisements, and social media postings
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High School Diploma with 1 year of administrative experience
System Skills: social media platforms, Canva, Apps/Websites aimed for content creation able to create spreadsheets, presentations, forms, flyers
Written and verbal communication skills
Customer service
Multitasking and prioritizing
Dependability
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other technology skills
