Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and vendors.
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain and order office supplies.
Assist with tenant correspondence, including notices and lease updates.
Support property management staff with various projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree in related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in property management or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
Familiar with property management software
