    Brief Overview

    High-end siding home improvement company seeking to Immediately fill FULL TIME position working from our office in West Babylon. We are currently looking for one person that can join our fun and exciting team. Hours are Mon.-Sat. (40 hours per week) with the occasional event or expo. We are a flexible and accommodating company, as any of our employees will tell you. We're located in West Babylon, NY. just off of Sunrise Highway.

    Necessary Skills:

    Organized

    Excellent phone communication skills

    Computer and Data entry

    Appointment setting with a good geographic knowledge of long island

    Organized filling

    Preparing reports and detailed spread sheets

    Some sales knowledge a plus

    Experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Systems

    Not afraid to learn new things

    Detailed job description

    Inbound phone responsibilities:

    Answering phone and message taking

    Forwarding incoming calls to the proper person in our company

    Taking detailed messages and ability to screen for spam calls

    Properly scheduling of inbound leads both geographic and time wise

    Putting out "fires" & ability to detect issues before they happen. Either over the phone, email or anything else.

    Remember this might be the first experience that a lot of customers will have with us so while these aren't earth shattering responsibilities they are very important.

    Clerical and data-entry and Database Management responsibilities:

    Sending out pre-positioning letters

    Sending out congratulations letters when jobs are sold

    Inputting all customer correspondence into our 3rd party CRM/database

    Attaching invoices into CRM/database

    Attaching labor cost into CRM/database

    Producing different reports using CRM/database

    Online:

    Scheduling customer video testimonials in front of their house or in backyard and posting on social media.

    Coordinate with web designer and SEO company (that we have on retainer).

    It's imperative for our growth and to display our customer satisfaction and overall sentiment of the company that you encourage/push customer reviews.

    Contact HAPPY customers and get them to review us on sites like: Google Local/Maps, Facebook, Houzz, Porch

    Communicate with our internet marketing team and help develop marketing campaigns

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $25 per hour

    Schedule:

    M-F day shifts during the week (no nights)

    Every other Saturday 10am-3pm

    Experience:

    Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
