Seeking a detailed oriented full time Receptionist to handle a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, assist clients, create new files, update spreadsheets and create documents using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook in addition to filing, data entry and assisting all departments as needed on a daily basis. Assists the Office Manager with multiple projects and activities. If you are well-organized, dedicated, dependable, with excellent people skills and have a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
Job Description
Ability to handle a multi-line phone system.
Excellent phone skills, the ability to answer the phone in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
Excellent at scheduling a calendar for multiple executives.
Very detailed and organized.
Excellent verbal skills.
Good multi-tasking skills, quick to manage multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail while keeping the front office moving seamlessly throughout the day.
This job includes filing, updating multiple databases and other projects needed to support other team members.
Supports the Office Manager with filing, reports, and new projects daily.
Requirements
High school diploma
3+ years relevant experience
Must have good diction and speak clearly
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
