    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and GSuite

    Education and Experience:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

    Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Front Desk Management:

    Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.

    Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.

    Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

    Manage and order office supplies.

    Maintain the overall appearance and upkeep of the office

    Administrative Support:

    Maintain an organized and accurate filing system.

    Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.

    Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.

    Mail Handling & Distribution:

    Receive, open, and sort incoming mail and packages.

    Distribute mail and deliveries to the appropriate recipients in a timely manner.

    Manage outgoing mail, including preparing packages for shipment and scheduling courier pickups.

    Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing correspondence.

    Customer Service:

    Address inquiries from clients, customers, and the public.

    Provide basic information about the company, its services, and its policies.

    Resolve or escalate customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.

    Data Entry & Record Keeping:

    Update and maintain contact lists and databases.

    Record and relay messages accurately and promptly.

    Security & Compliance:

    Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols.

    Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
