Position Overview:
The care coordinator position is a full-time, fast-paced receptionist role that requires an ability to effectively multi-task while staying extremely detail oriented. Care coordinators must be able to quickly pause processes to answer phones or check-in a patient, and then resume completing those processes. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys completing tasks efficiently while greeting patients with kindness. You will get to work with a wonderful team of other care coordinators as you support the work of helping patients get out of pain.

Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to perform repeating tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask effectively, switching between the phone, computer, and notes
Ability to learn information quickly and receive correction humbly
Interest in contributing long-term to a tightly-knit team
Ability to effectively use a computer and touch type at least 30 WPM
Experience with Microsoft Office products (word, excel, etc.)
