Location: Williston, VT Employment Type: Full-Time

PuroClean of Vermont, a leader in property restoration and mitigation services, is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication between clients, technicians, and management while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and warmth, ensuring prompt response times for emergency and non-emergency inquiries.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, taking detailed messages, and routing calls appropriately.

Accurately enter job details, customer information, and service requests into our system.

Schedule and confirm service appointments for water, fire, mold remediation, and specialty cleaning services.

Support the office team with administrative tasks, including organizing paperwork, filing, and compliance checks.

Follow up on invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Maintain a clean and professional reception area.

Assist in managing social media inquiries and basic marketing tasks if needed.
