Our client in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a Receptionist to add to their team!
The Receptionist is responsible for performing secretarial duties to provide and coordinate administrative and organizational support for the company by performing the following duties:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greeting and assisting visitors to the office
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence
- Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for office staff
- Tracking, stocking, and ordering supplies, as needed.
- Providing general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Familiar with office equipment, computers, and software such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and computer skills
