    About the Role:
    
    We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team at The Electric Company in Stockton, CA. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. We are looking for someone new to the office setting looking for part time work.
    
    Responsibilities:
    
    Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
    
    Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
    
    Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    
    Keep office area and conference rooms tidy and presentable
    
    Assist with administrative tasks as needed
    
    Scheduling estimates
    
    Requirements:
    
    Excellent communication and customer service skills
    
    Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
    
    Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
    
    Professional and courteous demeanor
    
    Hours:
    Monday - Friday
    8am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5:30pm
