    Job Summary

    The Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth front office operations by managing patient check-ins, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks. This position requires a warm, welcoming attitude and the ability to coordinate efficiently with clinical and administrative teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet patients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
    • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate completion of paperwork.
    • Verify insurance information and collect co-pays.
    • Maintain and update patient records and appointment schedules.
    • Assist with billing inquiries and direct patients to the appropriate department.
    • Keep the waiting area organized and presentable.
    • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient office flow.

    • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and scheduling software.

    Required Experience
