We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Office assistant/Title clerk to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will possess great communication skills, great organizational abilities, good math skills, and a general understanding of the automotive dealership industry.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and direct calls Handle customer questions Filing of paperwork Assisting with titling of vehicles and trailers Cashiering of parts and service tickets Assist with stocking in of vehicle and trailer inventory Posting purchase orders General office work
Previous office experience is REQUIRED and previous experience in the automotive industry is REQUIRED
Compensation will be based on experience
The hours are Monday thru Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
