Requirements:
Proven experience as front desk/admin assistant
Have a vibrant, outgoing personality both in person and on the phone.
Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
Be computer and printer/fax literate – especially with Microsoft Office.
Must be able to work with a multi-line phone system.
Assist with filing and office work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Handle typing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
Multilingual is always a plus.
Have reliable transportation.
