Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in the day-to-day operations by being the first point of contact for customers and clients.

Responsibilities:

•	Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

•	Respond to basic customer inquiries related to our services

•	Direct calls and messages to the appropriate team members

•	Assist with general office duties as needed

• Assist with coordinating/scheduling estimate routes for salesperson • Data entry etc...

Qualifications:

•	Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred

•	Strong communication and customer service skills

•	Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about our services and industry

•	Dependable, organized, and able to multitask
