    We are a busy chirporactic office in the heart of Lakeview, within Southport Corridor. We are in need of a full time front of house (receptionist) Tuesday through Saturday.     1. Welcoming patients upon arrival: checking them in for their appointments, and providing any necessary assistance or directions within the office.

    2. Appointment Scheduling: Managing two appointment calendars and making sure they are in synch with one another. Booking new patient appointments, scheduling follow-up visits, and advance multiple scheduling appointments.

    3. Phone and Email Management: Handling incoming calls, answering patient inquiries, organizing emails, scheduling appointments, and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.

    4. Patient Intake and Records Management: Collecting patient information and making sure medical history forms are filled out properly prior to going back to the Dr. Also keeping flags updated.

    5. Billing and Insurance: Verifying patient insurance coverage and processing payments.

    6. Providing Information: Educating patients about chiropractic services, procedures, and office policies, as well as addressing general inquiries about the practice.

    7. Maintaining the Office Area: Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming for patients, and managing the distribution of relevant educational materials and office forms.

    8. Inventory Management: Conducting monthly supply orders and maintaining inventory levels.

    9. Coordinating with Chiropractic Staff: Communicating with chiropractors and other healthcare providers within the office to facilitate patient flow and address any urgent patient needs.

    10. Administrative Support: Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and other office duties as needed to support the efficient operation of the chiropractic office.

    11. Patient Follow-Up: Making reminder calls for upcoming appointments, following up with patients after their visits, and assisting with patient satisfaction surveys or feedback collection.

    12. Handling Payments: Processing patient payments, managing cash transactions, and reconciling daily financial transactions.

    13. Maintaining Patient Confidentiality: Adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
