Job Summary:
In many states, medical marijuana has been approved as a form of treatment as well as symptom management for patients who suffer from one of the qualifying conditions. We believe that medical marijuana has significant potential to improve the quality of life for thousands of patients, and we are looking for compassionate, dedicated physicians to join our team! We are currently offering part-time opportunities with the potential to go full-time.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct a physical evaluation of patients and discuss medical history via telemedicine.
Verify that patients suffer from a qualifying condition.
Provide a recommended treatment plan for qualifying patients.
Inform patients of the risks associated with medical cannabis use.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be licensed in the following states: Ohio, Arkansas, Louisiana, Virginia, West Virginia
Must hold a valid DEA license
Must have a compact license
