Reconstruct is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Operations Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a passion for marketing, data analysis, and automation. This individual will work closely with the marketing operations team to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The Marketing Operations Intern will gain hands-on experience working with marketing automation tools, analyzing data, and implementing marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and deployment
- Manage data hygiene and quality within the marketing database
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize campaigns
- Assist with the creation of reports and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the execution of integrated campaigns
- Assist with the creation of landing pages, forms, and other web assets
- Support the execution of events and webinars, including managing registrations, tracking attendance, and ensuring a smooth attendee experience
- Conduct research to support the development of marketing strategies and tactics
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and provide insights
- Familiarity with automation platforms preferred but not required (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Basic HTML and CSS skills preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
