Job Description: Practicing excellent customer service skills, you will answer customer calls and schedule appointments. You will communicate with Customers, Project Managers, Insurance Companies, and Sub-Contractors. You will ensure that job and contact details are gathered and maintained in the shared technology on which all of your teammates rely for information. SERVPRO Team Cox offers all the services of restoring a property back to its original condition.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer and client needs and concerns

Assist in finding and vetting subcontractors

Assign leads/projects to project managers and superintendents

Ensure construction team follows proper work process

Review and evaluate estimates created by project managers

Perform tasks within the project management process to assist the construction team as needed (i.e. high volume, large project, etc.)

Ensure two-way communication with the mitigation division

Perform compliance and documentation duties relating to third-party program requirements

Qualifications:

Previous construction management or administration experience

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability

Effective written and oral communication

High school diploma/GED

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
