Job Responsibilities:
Oversee rebuild projects for a restoration company.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Navigate and understand the insurance process.
Utilize Xactimate for project estimation and documentation.
Collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the restoration industry.
Strong understanding of the insurance claims process.
Proficiency in Xactimate.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Location: Tucson and the surrounding area, Mesa and surrounding area, Yuma and surrounding area
