Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee rebuild projects for a restoration company.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Navigate and understand the insurance process.

• Utilize Xactimate for project estimation and documentation.

• Collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the restoration industry.

• Strong understanding of the insurance claims process.

• Proficiency in Xactimate.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Location: Tucson and the surrounding area, Mesa and surrounding area, Yuma and surrounding area
