    Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects from estimation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction estimating, management, and project coordination, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all phases of construction projects, including estimating, planning, execution, and completion.
    • Coordinate with contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
    • Oversee construction estimating processes to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
    • Facilitate communication between team members and property owners to keep everyone informed of project progress.
    • Implement effective project scheduling techniques to optimize workflow and efficiency.

    Skills

    • Strong knowledge of project coordination principles and practices.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Strong leadership abilities.
    • Effective communication skills with clients, sub contractors, and team members.
