Your Role:

Oversee and manage multiple restoration and remodeling projects from start to finish.

Lead and coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure projects stay on time and on budget.

Provide top-tier customer service, keeping clients informed and satisfied.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in construction project management.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.

Knowledge of local building codes, permits, and regulations

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
