In this critical role, you’ll oversee residential and commercial restorations from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution, on-time delivery, and exceptional quality.     What You’ll Do:

    Project Management:

    Plan, schedule, and manage the execution of residential and commercial reconstruction projects.

    Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they adhere to scope, budget, and timelines.

    Handle contract negotiation, invoicing, and collections.

    Collaborate with insurance adjusters, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth communication.

    Accurately assess property damage and create estimates using Xactimate.

    Field Operations:

    Perform daily monitoring of active jobs and communicate with customers.

    Inspect jobs on-site, working closely with the Project Manager, Crew Chief, and Lead Technician to define project scope.

    Team Leadership & Training:

    Lead and support subcontractors to complete tasks efficiently.

    Provide direction and foster accountability within the team.

    Train new Project Managers or key team members as needed.

    Client & Adjuster Relations:

    Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they are informed and satisfied throughout the project lifecycle.

    Explain the restoration process to customers and guide them through their claim process.

    Perform quality assurance inspections and handle final approval and payment collection.

    Quality Control:

    Monitor project sites for adherence to plans, safety protocols, and specifications.

    Conduct inspections to verify work quality and scope compliance, addressing issues as they arise.

    Budget Management:

    Prepare and manage project budgets, keeping costs in check and projects on budget.

    Approve subcontractor invoices and manage change orders.

    Ensure timely client invoicing and collections.

    Documentation & Reporting:

    Maintain detailed project records, including work logs, materials used, and time spent.

    Submit regular progress reports and ensure all necessary permits and inspections are obtained.

    Requirements:

    5+ years of construction experience, with at least 2 years in project management, preferably in restoration or reconstruction.

    Strong background in remodeling/restoration, with experience managing insurance-related projects.

    Xactimate estimating experience preferred.

    Skills & Abilities:

    Proficient in Xactimate, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

    Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

    Experience managing teams and prioritizing activities under tight deadlines.

    Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service focus.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen attention to detail.

    Certifications (Preferred):

    ASD

    FSRT

    OCT

    WRT

    OSHA 10 or 30.

    Additional Requirements:

    Valid driver’s license.

    Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug test.

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various physical conditions.

    Willingness to travel extensively and be on-call as needed.

    Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 + Commission
