    What You’ll Own

    To provide amazing client care, support the team, and assist in growing the client base to achieve MISSION.

    Responsibilities

    Be the welcoming, friendly face and voice of our studio.

    Support our clients by handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with onboarding.

    Keep our systems up to date with accurate client data and communications.

    Celebrate our members’ milestones—birthdays, big-life events, and transformations.

    Help prepare and support all studio events

    Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.

    Provide general office support, including inventory management, data entry, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

    Credentials for this position include:

    Qualifications:

    High School Diploma or GED, AED & CPR Certification.

    Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and moods.

    A team-oriented, self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.

    Emotional stamina to stay positive, friendly, and professional all day long.

    What You’ll Get

    This position is a part time position. Additional perks include:

    Compensation $22.50+ per hour

    Benefits Include:

    Accrual of PTO after 90 days of employment.

    Full time employees accrue 20 hours after the first 90 days of employment and an additional 20 after 6 months of employment.

    Paid Sick Leave per statutory accrual method. You are provided with one hour of paid sick leave for each 30 hours worked on an accrual basis beginning on the first day of employment. For example, an employee working 40 hours per week would accrue 1.33 hours of paid sick leave each week.

    Access to the Recoup studio for personal workouts when clocked out either on a lunch break, or before or after shift.

    Partial cell phone payment of $10 per month

    Company apparel - 5 pieces of Recoup clothing will be provided on the first day of employment

    $100 a month fuel allowance after 90 days of employment
