    We are seeking a motivated and like-minded Recovery Operations Coordinator with clear goals of working as a team member with other medical professionals and advancing within our culture in the fast-paced and exciting field of mental health!

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    Previous experience or training/education working in a medical facility.

    Experience with addiction recovery and mental health preferred.

    Must be friendly, outgoing, and people oriented.

    Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.

    Telephone and computer skills.

    Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks at once, and deal with high levels of stress in an environment of changing priorities.

    Must be able to interact with all levels of staffing in a professional manner.

    Previous leadership experience is a plus.

    Ability to work with little or no supervision.

    Education and Experience

    High School Diploma required. College or college-equivalent education is preferred.

    Psychiatric practice experience preferred.

    BLS/CPR Certification (Preferred).

    General Duties:

    Data entry such as; provider billing and reporting.

    Liaison between PNS and facilities for client paperwork.

    Coordinate peer reviews between PNS providers and the treatment center.

    Working over multiple EMR platforms.

    Schedule appointments, collect copays, and obtain consent forms.

    Pulling medical records.

    Obtaining laboratory results and uploading to patient files.

    Assisting facilities with pharmacy needs and coordinating medication sample pick up.

    Set up laboratory accounts for treatment centers.

    Assist in creating and adding new users platforms utilized by PNS.

    These Would be Your Working Conditions:

    Works in a typical office setting.

    Frequent typing and viewing of computer screens.

    Frequent use with machines, such as computer, copier, fax machine, scanner and telephone.

    Frequent hearing, listening and speaking in person.

    Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop or bend.

    Travel to local facilities as needed.
