**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing and placing candidates. As an Agency Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying client needs to placing candidates in roles that fit their skills and career aspirations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
\- **Client Engagement:**
\- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
\- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
\- **Candidate Sourcing:**
\- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
\- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
\- **Screening and Interviewing:**
\- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
\- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
\- Administer skills tests and assessments as needed.
\- **Candidate Placement:**
\- Match candidates to appropriate job opportunities based on their qualifications and career goals.
\- Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing detailed profiles and recommendations.
\- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, and provide timely feedback to both parties.
\- **Offer Management:**
\- Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates on behalf of clients.
\- Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
\- **Relationship Management:**
\- Maintain long-term relationships with placed candidates to support their career development and handle any post-placement issues.
\- Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to provide clients and candidates with up-to-date information and advice.
\- **Administrative Duties:**
\- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
\- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance to senior management.
**Qualifications:**
\- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
\- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in an agency setting.
\- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
\- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
\- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
\- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
\- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
\- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
