As we continue to expand, BoatJunkie Sales and Service is seeking a high performing and experienced Recruiter.
Ideal Candidate will fill open positions efficiently and timely, build a talent pipeline to serve company’s growing needs.
Responsibilities include:
Execute on all details of our company Vision, Mission, and Values.
Deliver outstanding customer service while serving employees and potential hires in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Project a professional and service-oriented image to all customers and employees.
Maintain a safe and secure work environment, ensuring confidentiality in all areas.
Foster positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Collaborate with the Executive Team to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, job fairs, partnerships, social media, and networking events.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for positions within the organization.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to final job offer.
Create a uniform and accurate job package for each position within the company including but limited to job description, pay scale, SOPs, onboarding and training materials, performance expectations.
Screen applicants and perform all required background and pre-processing required for hiring, including conducting and scheduling interviews, performing reference checks, processing drug and background screenings.
Process related paperwork and functions of new hires, including conducting onboarding and orientation processes.
Develop, implement, and update recruiting policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards. Communicate changes in policies to employees.
Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end spreadsheets and reports for Executive Team.
Stay connected with what is going on in the boat/watersport industry, including best practices and emerging trends to inform and update company processes and standards and to foster continuous growth and improvement.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
· 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition role
· Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and departments
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
