Responsibilities
Tech, Engineering & HR / Admin Full Desk Recruiting
- Establish new client relationships over the phone, virtually, and in-person
- Identify and prospect new clients, managing information and follow-up on a CRM
- Consult clients on hiring trends and relevant industry insights
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
- Screen candidates over the phone and send qualified talent to companies
- Coordinate and manage interview processes through offer negotiation
Qualifications2+ years of 360 Direct Hire recruitment within Tech, Engineering, HR / Admin recruiting experince
- Desire and ability to excel in a sales environment
- Grit – ability to overcome challenges and learn from experiences
- Tenacity – ability to remain persistent and stay highly motivated
- Winning Mindset – a track record of success in a competitive environment
- Communication Skills – ability to build rapport and translate information
Benefits & Compensation
- Annual Base Salary starting at $50,000 - 65,000 + Commission (OTE $100K+)
