Job Summary:
The role of the Recruiter is to attract and hire top talent for various departments and subsidiaries under the HTM umbrella. Recruitment will include management of all incoming applications as well as utilizing sourcing efforts.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No
Duties/Responsibilities:
Working closely with hiring managers to determine need and establish target profiles
Compensation research to help determine market
Writing creative and effective job postings to attract target profile
Assisting to establish PI targets
Utilizing different methods of interviewing techniques
Guiding hiring managers to understand the market and their candidates
Job descriptions
Sourcing: Research to identifying target companies with similar roles. Identifying who the professionals are in these positions and how to reach out to them effectively.
Identify external sources such as social media and professional networks for passive candidate outreach and interaction.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines and relationships.
Craft and send recruiting emails.
Analytics.
ATS management.
Maintenance of a positive candidate experience.
Working closely with other Human Resources professionals to ensure timely offer and onboarding process.

Travel: Occasional travel will be required for quarterly conference participation and other HTM hosted events.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are to be determined in conjunction with supervisor. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
