Position Overview
RSMC Services is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team and focus on identifying and placing qualified dentists from Mexico and Canada into U.S.-based dental practices. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the U.S. visa process, exceptional relationship-building skills, and prior experience working in a recruiting firm. This role will support our mission to deliver unparalleled staffing solutions to our clients while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for international candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Candidate Management
- Identify, attract, and place highly qualified dentists from Mexico and Canada into open roles within U.S. dental practices.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of international dental talent through various sourcing methods, including partnerships with dental schools, professional networks, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct thorough pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, clinical experience, and cultural fit for our clients.
- Visa Process Expertise
- Manage the end-to-end visa application process, including H-1B, TN, and other employment-based visas, in partnership with immigration attorneys and internal teams.
- Educate candidates on visa options, application timelines, and compliance requirements, ensuring a smooth transition to U.S.-based employment.
- Stay informed on immigration policies and provide strategic insights to both candidates and clients.
- Client Collaboration
- Partner with RSMC’s account managers and clients to understand specific hiring needs, including location, practice size, and desired skill sets.
- Deliver tailored recruitment strategies to meet client objectives and ensure long-term success.
- Serve as a liaison between candidates and clients to facilitate transparent and effective communication.
- Recruitment Firm Operations
- Leverage experience in recruiting firm environments to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate onboarding and post-placement follow-up.
- Utilize RSMC’s applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and placement success rates.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal, ethical, and company standards.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate documentation, visa paperwork, and client agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in international recruitment, with a focus on dental professionals or healthcare roles.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment-based visa processes (H-1B, TN, etc.).
- Proven experience in a recruiting firm or agency, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and candidates.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across cultural and professional boundaries.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or French (preferred).
