We are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to join our talented Recruiting and HR team. This role will work Hybrid, and the candidate must be local to the surrounding Atlanta area.

This will play a vital role in attracting top talent to our organization. As a Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers, develop effective sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and to make a strong impact on an ever-growing company!

Responsibilities

• As a Recruiter, you will work with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and execute sourcing strategies to identify and screen viable candidates in accordance with business needs
• Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for multiple requisitions at once including drafting and posting job ads, sourcing passive candidates, interviewing and screening potential candidates to ensure they meet employment and position qualifications, scheduling interviews/coordinating appointments with hiring managers
• Balance recruiting efforts between 2 subsidiary companies
• Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates using creative and strategic methods including cold calling, networking, research, job fairs, and community events
• Utilize Applicant Tracking System to track and process candidates and job postings

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in all full life-cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking and assessing candidate skills
• Trades Recruiting experience a plus
• Ability to manage competing demands and accept constructive feedback
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Ability to adapt and flourish in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to attend Job Fairs, Trade Shows, and Trade Schools for prospects within the Atlanta marketplace
• Excellent writing, communication, and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong passion for recruitment with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage workload independently while successfully collaborating with Recruiting and HR team to meet the team goals

Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000 + Incentive Bonus Plan
