    Position Overview
    RSMC Services is seeking an experienced Onshore Recruiter Manager to lead and oversee the
    full-cycle recruitment of dental professionals. This role is responsible for developing and executing
    effective hiring strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring timely placements to meet
    client staffing needs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare or dental
    recruitment, a deep understanding of US and state labor laws, and proven leadership experience in
    driving team performance and pipeline development. This is a key position that requires excellent
    communication, strategic thinking, and a results-driven approach to ensure high-quality talent
    acquisition and client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage the onshore recruitment team to meet hiring objectives.
    • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent.
    • Monitor and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and quality.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored
    hiring solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance recruitment performance.
    • Train and mentor recruiters to improve overall team effectiveness.
    • Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Onshore Recruiter Manager
    1\. Hiring Performance:
    o Achieve a monthly target by successfully placed dental professionals (e.g.,
    Dentists, Hygienists, Assistants, and Front Office Staff).

    o Maintain a fill rate for open job orders within the required timeframe (typically 7-
    14 days for temporary roles and 30-45 days for permanent placements).

    2\. Candidate Pipeline Development:
    o Build and maintain a pipeline of active pre-screened candidates per month,
    ensuring availability for urgent staffing needs.
    o Reduce the average time-to-fill through proactive sourcing, utilizing dental school
    partnerships, job fairs, and professional networks.

    3\. Client Satisfaction & Retention:
    o Ensure client retention rate by delivering high-quality staffing solutions tailored
    to state dental practices.
    o Achieve a client satisfaction rating, based on post-placement feedback surveys.
    4\. Recruitment Process Efficiency:
    o Reduce the average time-to-hire for temporary roles and permanent positions,
    ensuring compliance with the state employment laws.
    o Ensure 100% compliance with credentialing, background checks, and
    employment verification, aligning with Dental Board regulations.

    5\. Team Performance & Leadership:
    o Maintain a recruiter productivity, ensuring that individual team members meet
    or exceed their placement targets.
    6\. Revenue & Growth Contribution:
    o Expand the client base by 10-15% per quarter, leveraging relationships with
    dental clinics, DSOs, and private practices.

    Qualifications
    • Experience: 3-5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in dental, healthcare, or
    staffing industries.
    • Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing and leading a team of recruiters to meet
    hiring goals.
    • Recruitment Expertise: Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing,
    interviewing, and placement.
    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with US and state labor laws, credentialing, and
    compliance requirements for dental professionals.
    • Technology Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn
    Recruiter, and job boards.
    • Communication & Relationship-Building: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and
    client management skills.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective hiring strategies to build
    a strong talent pipeline.
    • Performance Management: Experience in training, mentoring, and evaluating recruiter
    performance.
    • Results-Driven: Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while
    meeting deadlines and targets.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze recruitment challenges and implement solutions to
    improve efficiency and effectiveness.
