    What You’ll Receive:

    $40,000-$50,000 start pay (Flexible for the right person)

    Bi-Weekly pay (every Friday!)

    The ability to work: M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with 1-hour lunch

    What We Expect: Full cycle recruiting activities, including:

    Proactively Sourcing quality talent

    Job ad creation/posting to entice quality candidates to apply

    Maintaining brand awareness through marketing and social media management

    Responding to applicants, coordinating interviews, performing onboarding tasks in a timely fashion

    Screening resumes and performing screening calls based on metrics of the company

    Working closely with the Owners on recruiting budgets and strategies

    Documenting activities in the database and keeping all profiles up to date

    Maintaining strong communication with candidates throughout the recruiting/onboarding phase

    Assisting with office administrative duties

    Qualifications:

    1 year of full cycle recruiting experience

    1 – 3 years of recruitment experience

    The ability to maintain composure under pressure

    Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    Proven track record of creating exceptional candidate experiences

    A strong desire for growth

    Sense of self-motivation and goal-driven attitude

    Proficient with technology and using Applicant Tracking Systems

    Strong decision-making ability

    Great at multi-tasking and staying organized

    Team player
