    Our client, a leading private equity firm focused on high-growth investments, is seeking a Recruiter to drive talent acquisition efforts for corporate roles within the firm and their portfolio companies. This is an exciting opportunity to impact the business by building world-class teams that contribute to their success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for executives, investment professionals, and key roles across the firm and portfolio companies.
    • Source, engage, and assess top-tier candidates using a variety of methods including networking, outreach, and industry events.
    • Lead the full recruitment process from initial screening to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
    • Partner with senior leadership to align on hiring needs, job requirements, and market trends.
    • Track and report on recruitment metrics, using data to improve efficiency and outcomes.
    • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse candidate pool.
    • Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.

    Qualifications:

    • 5 - 10 years of recruiting experience within private equity, investment banking, or related sectors.
    • Proven success in recruiting senior-level professionals in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
    • Strong understanding of the private equity industry and talent needs of portfolio companies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
    • Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).

    • $120,000 - 160,000 base salary + discretionary bonus
