Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for executives, investment professionals, and key roles across the firm and portfolio companies.
- Source, engage, and assess top-tier candidates using a variety of methods including networking, outreach, and industry events.
- Lead the full recruitment process from initial screening to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with senior leadership to align on hiring needs, job requirements, and market trends.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, using data to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse candidate pool.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
Qualifications:
- 5 - 10 years of recruiting experience within private equity, investment banking, or related sectors.
- Proven success in recruiting senior-level professionals in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Strong understanding of the private equity industry and talent needs of portfolio companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
