We are currently seeking Recruiter to support field recruiting for our restaurant brands and franchises. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for ensuring a positive experience for our candidates and exceptional relationships with our brand hiring leaders.
Role and Responsibilities
Partner with hiring leaders regarding managerial talent needs
Develop effective recruiting strategies to source and develop an effective talent pipeline
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, or similar
Experience conducting phone screens/interviews to assess candidates
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with community services, colleges/universities, employment agencies, etc.
Ability to confidently and competently extend offers, conduct pre-employment reference and background checks, and follow up with candidates
Present recruiting updates on a weekly basis to hiring managers and TA leader
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
2 to 3 years of previous recruiting experience in the restaurant industry strongly preferred
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/applications
Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced high-visibility environment
Analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to maintain a high-level of confidentiality and professionalism
