Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Recruiter to support the hiring of leadership roles across our QSR, fast casual, and fine dining concepts. This individual contributor role is responsible for executing recruitment for Crew Members, Shift Leaders, General Managers, District Managers, Directors of Operations. The ideal candidate handles challenging conversations with professionalism and thrives in a fast-paced high volume corporate hiring environment.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment for restaurant leadership and crew member positions
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen and qualify candidates to ensure alignment with role and brand expectations
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support the offer process
Maintain accurate and timely candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leadership talent for current and future openings
Actively involved with campus programs initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
2+ years of recruiting experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries
Strong understanding of restaurant leadership roles and operational structures
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
Able to handle feedback constructively
Comfortable navigating different personalities, conversations and situations
