    We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Jr. Recruiter (FT) to join our client’s HR team. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruitment strategies while collaborating with managers and supervisors to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent.

    This is a one-month contract with the potential for extension and includes a hybrid schedule, requiring 1–2 days in the office as needed.

    Core Duties:

    • Collaborate with managers to create detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.

    • Identify and implement effective recruitment methods tailored to organizational needs and industry standards.

    • Post jobs on external platforms and monitor their effectiveness.

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offers and background checks.

    • Screen applications and assist hiring managers in selecting qualified candidates.

    • Schedule interviews and prepare hiring materials, including training hiring teams on best practices.

    • Plan and facilitate recruitment events and sessions.

    • Coordinate the onboarding process and ensure all pre-employment tasks are completed.

    • Use HR systems such as Paylocity for recruitment tracking and reporting.

    • Respond to inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.

    What we’re looking for:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or 1-2 years of recruitment experience (preferably in nonprofit, property management, or case management roles).

    • Availability to start immediately.

    • Experience recruiting for property management and case management positions.

    • Familiarity with Paylocity ATS.

    • Ability to work independently and manage high applicant volumes.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.

    Salary range: $26.44-$27.16/hr
