More about the position:
This is a 100% remote position, with Zephyr's main office located in OH. You must have your own computer, webcam, microphone, and phone. A dedicated, professional office space for virtual meetings with candidates and our clients is a must.

The schedule is flexible, but you must be able to check job boards at least once daily during the week and commit to at least 25-30 hours of availability during the week. This includes virtual interviews, client meetings, and administrative tasks.
Compensation:
How does the pay structure work? Each role you take on will pay out a flat fee, starting at $1,400.00 in Tier 1 per engagement. This averages out to be approximately $35-$55 per hour. This is not contingent on you filling the role. We strongly believe you deserve to get paid regardless of a hire or not. After the first 90 days, you will move into tier 2 which pays out at $1,560.00 per engagement, our tier 3 recruiters are paid $1,716.00 per engagement.
