Arch Dental is currently seeking a dynamic and driven Recruiter and Campus Engagement Specialist to join our team!

    This role combines traditional recruiting duties with campus outreach and sales activities, making it ideal for a self-starter who excels in communication, networking, and relationship building.

    Schedule for the Recruiter and Campus Engagement Specialist:

    • Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

    Responsibilities of the Recruiter and Campus Engagement Specialist:

    • Conduct candidate searches through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.

    • Engage with dental schools, colleges, and training programs to build partnerships and attract fresh talent.

    • Represent Arch Dental Staffing at campus events, job fairs, and networking events to promote opportunities and recruit top talent.

    • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine qualifications, skills, and fit for various dental roles.

    • Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to meet company staffing goals.

    • Take on sales responsibilities by identifying new client opportunities, building relationships with dental practices, and promoting Arch Dental Staffing's services.

    • Maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and educational institutions to expand the company’s reach and brand presence.

    • Use recruitment metrics and data to continuously improve sourcing and hiring processes.

    • Manage the candidate experience with professionalism and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.

    $45,000-$60,500 per year
